The employee dashboard

Part of the crew rollout: Agents shows as Soon in the app until it reaches your account. See Hiring your crew.

Every hired agent has a dashboard: the place you check on it, talk to it, and tune how it works. Open it from the agents list.

The header shows the agent's status (Working when scheduled and active, Paused, or Idle), with pause/resume and a shortcut to edit its flow.

Overview

The at-a-glance tab:

• Goal: if you set one, progress toward the metric, with deadline and budget.
• Latest run and quick stats: total runs, success rate, cost, schedule state.
• Activity: the most recent runs, each opening into the full log.

Connections

Per-channel status for the employee's platforms (Active, Paired, Awaiting first message, or Setup required), plus any pending pairing requests, each with a code and Approve / Deny buttons.

Chat

Talk to the employee directly. Tool calls and the agent's thinking are visible inline, and conversations keep their session so follow-ups carry context.

Memory and skills

• Memory: the files the agent keeps as long-term memory. Preview any file, or clear them all.
• Skills: abilities the agent picked up from successful runs, plus ones you teach it yourself (a name and instructions). Archive or forget any skill.

Logs

The full run history with filters: status (success, failed, interrupted, running), how the run started (schedule, webhook, chat, manual), trigger source, date range, and free-text search. Each run shows duration, credits spent, input, output, and a step-by-step event timeline.

Settings

• Profile: name, description, team label.
• Goal: metric, target, deadline, budget.
• Schedule: a visual cron picker, the task instructions the agent runs with, and an active toggle.
• Access: the DM policy decides who can talk to the employee on its channels: Open (anyone), Pairing (new people request a pairing code you approve), Allowlist, or Disabled. The webhook URL and secret live here too, with rotate and disable controls.
