The project timeline and how the hub picks your next step.
The hub records everything that happens on a project, and marks the chapter to work in next. Together they answer two questions at a glance: what's happened, and what to do next.
Activity timeline
- On Overview: the latest few events show as a compact list under the chapter rows.
- On the Activity tab: every event, grouped under the chapter it belongs to, most recently active chapter first, with relative timestamps per row.
Event types
Activity covers the whole build: project created, PRD approved, screens generated, design handed off to Code, contract edits, deploys (frontend and contract), docs generated or edited, deck updates, file uploads, and service start / error events. Chat work rolls up per chapter ("Worked in Code · 6 messages").
Each row's text is written for humans, like "AI generated 2 screens" or "You drafted TipToken.sol," not raw event codes.
Up next
The featured card at the top of Overview marks the chapter to work in, by a simple rule: the chapter that's in progress; else the first untouched chapter past your furthest work; else Code. There's always a clear next move.
